I whole heartedly agree that if it takes 2 grand of license fee money to make sure these 'people' don't get any more work, then it's worth it. But, £500 for a top and trim of some small conifers? Not in a month of Sunday's mate.

 

 

I think the 'expert' must operate near me, just been to look at a small pruning job, three small apples, two hours max allowing a couple of tea breaks, they been quoted £550 or £450 for cash! Got the number from a garden centre...
