Firewood in Lincolnshire

I have looked on this sub-forum and noticed a few adverts for tree surgeons wishing to dispose of their logs etc. I know it's a long shot, but is there anybody who wishes to get rid of uncut unseasoned logs near Louth in Lincolnshire? If so I will take both soft and hardwood and pay well for delivery.

There will probably be plenty if you're prepared to pay for the wood and delivery. If you want the wood for nowt you're limiting your options.

I'm prepared to pay as long as it isn't too expensive. I can get 2.5m3 of seasoned hardwood logs for £140 delivered, so if I'm buying cordwood I expecr a saving (the only person I have found wants £90 a ton plus delivery, which works out more than I can get logs for)

I think I've seen on here somewhere that 1 tonne will give 1.5 m3 but I may be wrong. But £140 for 2.5 m3 hardwood sounds ok to me
