There is another one localy that is going in that will run on pellets

These 2 are already getting installed , I will try and find out more

I have just been asked to produce this large size of chip

Pellets are a lot easier and will produce cleaner gas.

John morning hows the heizohack going

Just found the specs for the boiler 15mm to 55mm zero fines so it will need sieving

 

Heizohack going fine just need a new engine in the MB Trac to run it.

 

Your heizohack with 50mm screen will easily do that you will just have to rescreen with a 15mm screen to take out the fines. Personally I would use a 20mm screen just to be on the safe side and adjust the price accordingly to take into account the extra waste.

Out of curiosity is the timber completely burnt in this system or reduced to carbon like charcoal? Nd could this byproduct be used in a conventional system?

No just ash. approx 45 gall drum full every 2 months or so I was told.
