The problem is surely this bit, 'You will also be taking responsibility for any damages which you will be liable for.' That means shes needing someone with insurance, and that means a professional, so it seems cheeky to me.

 

I'd just rock up with a bag of grass seed and an emergency fiver in my pocket. :thumbup:

The comment about paying for damage was probably a caviat to deter hoards of gypsies descending on her with MS170s and trampling her garden to shreds.

 

Gypsies deterred by legal complications?!

 

You're optimistic! Not much short of a moat of flaming oil deters gypsies...
