What do people think the best all round truck would be for just stump grinding work? Has to be able to pull our predator 50, be able to carry all the associated equipment, have lockable areas, be able to take waste away, comfort would be nice along with good fuel economy but I know this isn't really possible. Cheers

You are probably better off towing the grinder (depending on weight) and a small tipper to get rid of waste. The best scenario would be panel van with tipping trailer but it all depends on weight of grinder really.

The predator weighs in at 1.2 ton. Then we've got a mid size grinder and a couple of small ones. Panel van would be nice but not sure if it'll have the strength to pull the big girl. Plus waste away would be a problem.....umm

Have a beavertail van like an old recovery van so you can drive it straight on the back then a small box trailer or tipper trailer for waste

Shouldn't have any troubles with power from a panel van, most guy use transits etc for the rest of their work, a big flatbed trailer would be my choice towed by a 4x4 etc that anything that needs to be kept locked away can carry
