Rod I've found some more bits for that saw if you or anyone is interested, again for a donation although technically I owe the bits to you.. The exhaust, Top covers and starter mechanism.

 

I couldn't find the exhaust to the Husky 288xp I was looking for though. I did come across a McCulloch 630 I'd forgotten I'd been given.

 

Mine/ours is running, but I think with a slight fuelling issue which I wanted to investigate, I would like the exhaust though as mine got modded for gassing moles. Great fun to generate a bit for a good cause, and one in the eye for our throwaway society. MSF are quite keen with their calls, you could understand how these grannies are being bamboozled, personally I feel happy that they are doing wonderful work keeping Ebola under control.

Had a StJohn's guy in full uniform trying to sign me up for a DD, he wouldn't take a cash donation so I told him to go away, turns out it's a marketting company that get 45% of the first years DD and then a tapering amount for 5 years. Fine, the collectors have to make a living but it rankles with me.
