TW 190 in feed blade bolts!

may be better just tickling them up with a angal grinder, dont get them too hot tho,

 

Problem is they have warn so much there is about a 1" gap between them.

Weld a big washer onto the head of the screw, then weld a big nut to the washer and they will come straight out. Half an hour tops for the lot. The heat will destroy the locktite or rust and they will just unscrew.

Had the same exact problem. I used some gas cutters in the end. Just heated them up very slightly then they undo easy. Get a bucket of water ready to put old bolts in. Also leave a gap between using the gas to let the rotor cool. It won't take long once you get going. Tried a blowtorch before the gas cutters no joy not hot enough. Good luck. Worth doing it will chip like new.
