I'm just experimenting to be honest mate, it wont necessarily stay this way, i may even see if i can find a way for people to make their own settings.

 

Basically, at the end of the day this is an arb forum, and there is a percentage of members....and viewers/potential members, who are put off by the amount of off topic discussions. This is just a way of keeping it in the background for those who wish to partake, but this way it wont be waved in peoples faces everytime they click on unread posts.

 

You can see them in the "todays posts" tab still which should prove just as easy for people who want to check without scrolling down the forums each time.

I think it's a good idea Steve! Theres too many posts on this forum that are derailed and turned into a general chin-wag.

 

By the way... did you see the weather forecast tonight? Looks like rain again tomorrow..makes a difference from the weather last week.

Here in gods own country it is currently p*****g it down, and more forecast for tomorrow.

That'll be the weevil spraying knocked on the head... paperwork day tomorrow me thinks.
