i bought a 518 2001 model , great machine and keeps up with my mates 2014 tw150 no problem . if its sound and been serviced then it will be a good chipper

 

is that price plus vat ?

judging by the paint finish it looks like its been brush painted, to do a proper job it should have been shot blasted and resprayed, the problem with quick brush paint is you dont know what rust or poor paint is under neath, so in a monthes time its all the paint is bubbling and it will look a mess, 1: how many hours has it done? 2: check out the paint job, 3: Never rush in to anything! you will/might repent latter 4:£5000 5500 would be about right price, (in my oppinion) and is there VAT on top of the £7000? = £8400 is the final price
