my old dear had to fly home today her sister died suddenly last week. They got her to put her hand luggage in the hold it was a new special offer and was free. Poor old cow isn't thinking straight obviously and let them take it. Nobody locks their hand luggage so the baggage handlers had an easy time helping themselves to her jewellery. She found out at 5 tonight and I rang them but put on hold til they closed. No out of hours telephone service. So if you ever fly with them please don't have a problem in the evening as they don't give a S**t about their customers

Yes they are. But the help you get in this country is non existent . I been 5 hours and still can't report the crime to the Spanish Police

I've herd the Spanish authority's are pretty poor.

I guess the fact it's Ester weekend has made it worse people getting off early.

Good luck getting it sorted

Thiefrow was that bad thirty & even fourty years ago, A couple of baggage handlers from Slough became millionaires in very short order.. {Suitcases of undeclared currency against government policy on their way to Switzerland & Belgium..}

Don't put anything valuable on an aircraft out of your view..
