I run a ranger tipper but I bought it pre converted, you need to get the v5 changed i assume after that it is a case of getting it mot'd and you're away.

 

Good question though I wonder if mine is all sewn up legally!

Send logbook in with change of body type box filled in with the word Tipper

Then ring your insurance & tell the of the modifications and away you go

 

There's no need for an mot as the tipper body & the original body are bolt off / on parts ☺
