Hi Jon, you seem to of set your heart on an HW but out of interest have you tried an S410/510? I had an S410 years ago in .177 and it was pellet on pellet accurate, really nice gun to shoot and easily available new or s/h in beech or walnut.

Didnt know about grey import air rifles, so googled it and got onto airgunforum for info. I am one of those people who ere on the side of caution, so would bite the bullet or pellet on this occasion and get a genuine one, but thats me mr cautious, jon
