Adjusting small hyd pump belt on vermeer 252 grinder

Out grinding the other day and the two big belts from the engine gave way :( anyhow shot off and got some, fitted them then re fit the small hydraulic pump belt but theres way too much slack in it!

 

Ramg vermeer who said the 4 bolts that hold it in place are elongated... No they arent :001_rolleyes:

 

Anyone know?

 

To fit the other belts i undid the engine slides and pushed engine forwards a bit, put new belts on then used bolts to move engine back to tension belt (crap design imo! ) maybe ive got too much tension on main belts thus not much on small one? Pass!

 

Anyone help?
