Bandmills

Hi guys with a bit of luck I will be able to get myself a bandmill(this milling is addictive) but not knowing that much about them at the mo I have some questions I have just read that you should sharpen the band every 2hrs this seems alot also do you think I should start with one that only has a small width of cut like the woodland or if money will stretch get a bigger one say a hudson , and lastly for now do any of you know anything about the Dach mills that are for sale on ebay many thanks in advance for your comments and guideance

You are very kind Steve, but I don't know that much about mills compared to many, and even less about smaller, manual mills. I do have a friend with a Baker Wood Buddy mill for sale. He imported it a few years ago with his LT40 to fill the container. As far as I'm aware he's never used it:
