What do you guys pay for

i was a sub by climber in sheff and was getting 130/150 5 years ago… i would not work for less then 150 a day climbing.

What did you not understand? You climb as a subbie with your tickets, ppe, and kit with 10 years experience, for £100 a day?

 

Either you're very slow, or you hate money.

I charge that for company's which I get a lot of work from e.g few days a week! But I'm not always climbing one day I might be dragging brash all day!!

I'm not surprised you get a lot of work from these companies, I think you should definitely put your rate up a tad. 10 years experience is quote valuable. Don't underestimate what you have to offer.

I do lots of my own jobs too though! So that's why I'm self employed!
