Anyone had this happen? Bit annoyed tbh, machine is less then 2yrs old and hasnt done a stupid amount of wood. And doesnt look likr the pipe is rubbing on anything?!

Just learnt my friends machine has done exactly the same thing. Do it cant rub on anything, I think it twists with each downward movement of the saw. Only noticed when I took the little cover off, which I very rarely do

Hard to tell 100% in photos but actually looks like maybe been pinched rather than worn but either way it's hard to see what it's came into contact with.

 

Edit: just seen above post, twist would make sense
