Assuming you are going to insurance cover for it then I would call the insurance company first and ask them what they expect you to have in the way of security to keep the policy valid.

Meant bugger all when I specified a Shipping Container and a ground anchor. As said before, the more layers of security the better - for you.

 

The insurers won't discount policy because of a hungry darg on a frayed line nor a twitchy trigger finger with IR lights in the yard but you & I can sleep better knowing that additional layer is there.
