:sneaky2::sneaky2: when our Celtic cousins say they ain't got much chance then bet your life savings on them winning

I stick by my statement, it just so happens that they've managed to get three wins so far without risking too much.

He had no hesitation today at pulling both O'Brien and Sexton off at the first sign of any problem. Meanwhile it was also made known this past week that Andrew Trimble and Paddy Jackson will play no part whatsoever in the remainder of the 6N to ensure they're fully fit for the world cup.

The wings will probably be OK for the next two games but without Jackson to cover for Sexton the out-half situation is going to be crucial.

I prefer it when teams are upfront about not risking players instead of the players turning up and just going through the motions. I won't be surprised that now we are coming to the end of this years 6 nations that one or two will suddenly start to find their form . Sam Warburton is one name I won't mention :001_rolleyes:

The other thing about Irish rugby is that the international team always takes priority. At club level you have the four provincial teams, Ulster, Munster, Leinster and Connaught but the international coaches at any time during the year can ask for a player in one of those teams to be be rested, taken off early or even played in a different position to see how he copes with it.

All upfront and accepted by everyone involved as being how it's done over here so no bluffing necessary!
