6 inch nail with type 2 washer is what we use how many square meters are you talking. If it's big area and you can hammer it down you will make money if I it's little beds with shaped edges your on to a looser.

How much are you paying for the membrane?

900 m2 ,mixture of small rectangle beds and 2 x 85 m straight runs, 2.4m wide, pegs and liner come out at £1.63 m2 for heavy duty

I would have had something on the materials as well not alot but something. You have bought in at wholesale and had the hassle of sourcing, collecting or awaiting delivery all of which adds time and hence money.

straight runs are 2.4 m wide

ive added 10% to materials, i do a lot of work for the company that needs the liner installing, just an infill job at the moment until the site is ready for me to do annual maintenance contract, starting april

If it's for a good customer then do it for best price you can, if you're getting a nice maintenance contract for it after it would be good to know it's been done right (ie by you) as then the maintenance will be easier:thumbup:

very good customer, will have 7 sites by july , always good payers and unlike a lot of customers, these people actually listen and take advice from me,so good to keep in with them and vice versa

It took me too long to realise that 10 good customers are better than 30 bad ones(just a percentage rather than actual numbers if you know what I mean)

And anyway a £1 a metre is not bad money in itself imo
