Hakki Pilke x47 Chain Oiler problems

Hi, Hope your all busy busy delivering...

Having problems with my x47 chain oiler... Chain doesn't appear to be getting oiled. Have cleaned bar out and checked feed hole is clear on mount. Oil seems to be coming out of oil tank cap when machine is running? Could this be pump has failed?

I have a 1x42, and its gravity fed, not pumped, would of thought yours would be the same, could be wrong....?

 

Pull the hose off and get an air line to blow air through, just to make sure its clear.

 

The oil will be slightly thicker with the cold weather.

I once used bio oil then went back to mineral. Took half an hour with a steam cleaner.
