Are they any good and where is the best place to get them from?

 

Self powered rather than pto driven as i've not got a tractor.

I was put off by the fact that most are on a slow tow axel , something like 30mph max or what they call yard speed.

depends a lot on what spec you want.

15 tonne ram,can be used either vertically for bigger ring's or horizontal for smaller stuff. Road tow just for moving it about the yard. Anything to make life easier!
