Recently I have been using a juicer machine to make my breakfast / evening drink, using vegetables, tonight's was celery carrot parsley & tomatoes, now I only like the toms if eating the vegetables on there own, but this mix tastes lovely, & above all is good for me, so anyone else doing it?

What are your recipes?

Interested & got a juicer?

My lovely lady does a juicing every morning, with veg, & pops an orange in too! I tasted it & was shocked at how good it tasted, so I will get her to reveal her magic mix to post here for anyone interested, it's worth a try even for the heathens ammongst us.:thumbup:

Well it took a lot of work prying the recipe out of the lasses grasp, but heres one to start with, try it before you discard the idea!

All to be put through the juicer machine;

1/2 a lemon with rind on

2 whole oranges with rind

6 smallish carrots

1 beetroot

1 apple

Don't worry about the colour, just enjoy the taste!

We have juice everyday, ImageUploadedByArbtalk1419100732.753698.jpg.2f230c9bed73b45efc16ac620a4ac65e.jpg I got this off the Jason Vale site, it's great and is a mastercating juicer. We add spirilina to the juice which is really good form of green algae. If you watch fat sick and nearly dead it will change your mind on juicing.

Evening Hamdogg, I cant recommend a machine,as mine is old, but any good make should be fine, but to use my recipe you need a juicer, as it separates the fibres & pulp from the juice, or you will give yourself the 'thrupeny bits'.:biggrin:

With juicers you get what you pay for, mine can be used for making mince, pasta and even sausages! Get what suits your budget.
