At the end of a long day extracting timber the rocker switch that engages the PTO clutch on my Valtra 6300 stopped working, any ideas?

Cheers, Nick

Stand at the back of the tractor and have a look to see if a round plug in type electrical fitting has come out from its place, there is a yellow wire leading into it, if this come out the pto wont work, its situated at the bottom of the back window.

Make sure the lever is engaged fully, sometimes only needs slightly knocked to dissengage.

Also check wires we once had a dealer replace the whole clutch pack and then realise wire had been knocked off .

I've ruled out blown fuse as the rocker switch worked intermittently a few times before it completely died. I like the sound of the wire to the sensor being dislodged as there was some brash that had hooked up near the PTO. A cheap simple solution would nice!

Dirty contacts on emergency stop toggle . . . at least I hope that's all it is, will know by tonight!

Cheers for all the advice.
