I think it depends alot on your life outside of work, whether you have a family or not and what your overheads are.

 

I have very low overheads so being a subby is easy as long as the work is there If you keen and motivated just do it. Its nice to have one company that is willing to have you say 2 or 3 days a week everyweek so you are always guaranteed work as such.

best things ive down. I never struggle to find work but i have a my own kit and saws. and my kit is always ready to be used.

If im looking short for work i get on the phone.
