Replacement Sideplate for a Husky

Hi Arbtalkers,

 

Could someone please suggest an easier option to get a Side plate for a husky 450 other than ebay & in London.?

 

Ebay wants an arm n a leg for it. Any suggestions for this part would be appreciated as im finding it surprisingly difficult to find one.

The Plate Cover that your lube goes through to Lube the Bar. It's behind the Drive.Sprocket (Metallic plate itself .. Not the whole side)

I've called them all over London Eddy fella & They only sell the whole Side Panel. It's frustrating as fair do'z.

 

In Wales (Brynmawr) Gay n Hunt is a Husqvarna Supplier n they sell the piece singular .. Down here is a lot harder to get one for some reason.

If you go on the husky website and look through the IPL, just give the dealer the part number

This it 544 09 40-01 should be under a tenner from your local Husky dealer.
