Chinese Oak Tree removal

Question

Hello

I have a 100 year old Chinese Oak tree in my garden which is now getting on for around 50-60 feet tall which is causing problems with leaves blocking guttering of mine and neighbours house.

Is the wood from this tree of any use other than firewood?

I would appreciate your advice before I do anything, but either way it's got to go

Regards

Wayne

I have just got a local arborist to look at the tree and he said it is definitely a eucalyptus tree and said exactly same its too big to be that close to a house and we have scheduled it for felling Saturday morning :thumbup1:

Sorry for doubting you guys but was only going on what the supposed tree expert said :blushing:
