Hi guys. I have a sick 017 chainsaw fitted with a 12" bar and chain, originally the saw was down on power and very hard to start, so I replaced the barrel and piston, and fitted a serviced carb, now the saw start first time every time. However the saw is still low on power, stalls the chain after about 2 thirds the way through a 10" log. I have tried adjusting the carb but makes no different the saws power (rev's through to full throttle without any hesitation. Any body any idea's as to how to improve the power output, my only thought is to replace the crank seals and bearings!!!:angryfire:
