That would be me then, I've never had anything but trouble with them. I sent a set of CS100 knives to Saturn for sharpening to OEM spec as per their website and also emailed them with Greenmech's spec ie. 27deg on front and 10deg over 4mm on back. They were sent back very sharp and I put it all back together to find it wouldn't chip costing me time and money on the job.

Took them out to find they had been sharpened to 30 degrees so I sent them back to be sharpened to OEM spec as I requested. No-one would return emails and when phoning up I was just pushed from one person to another. When they were eventually done I received a phone call asking for my card details so they could be sent back, cheeky sods were trying to charge me for their mistake This also took a few calls to rectify.

Also cost me downtime on another job taking forever to send out blades for another machine that were supposed to be in stock....

 

And countless others, including me, are very happy with their service.

 

 

I have no doubt this is the case, but while they may well have a lot of very happy customers I am certainly not one of them.

 

I had given my opinion to the OP as he had asked me for a recommendation for sharpening specifically his CS100 knives.

I've had a very good service from them for several years now. I dropped 6 sets of blades off with them on the Saturday of the APF and I got them back on the Tuesday after.

No company is 100% but their not bad.
