Anyone heard of it or used it?

Don't seem to have much joy even looking on google about it.

I just got a loop of it and interested to read up the description, Links have 6 on them, its"stihl oilamatic 3" and filed at 30 degrees and also has rakers tho they look quite low.

Im assuming its new old stock. P/n 3901 003 0085

Yeah its 3/8 chain.

Every bit of info including the "x" I found said about it being ripping chain but couldn't work out why its at 30 degrees and not 10?

Its certainly appears to have low rakers to suggest it was a ripping chain.

Basically its a milling chain then and not suitable for much else?

If its filed to 30 then it's just the same as rm the old 'non comfort' semi chisel chain... sure it's not 36rmx? That is listed as currently available, why yours is 30°is a mystery tho

It maybe 36rmx the printed label is a bit smudged and its old so not that clear so could be 36. Its definetly 30 degree out the box new tho.

So whats the crack with "non comfort" semi chisel if it is 36rmx?

Im starting to wander if its the wrong chain in a different box as even 36rmx is listed as 10 degree. However the rakers are low and not what I would expect on "normal" semi/chisel chain.
