Lol great thread. Yes he will be hapy with Geckos. They will last a lifetime. Buy him a rope wrench and a haas for xmas. Job done.

 

A singing tree rope wrench? I've heard him talk about them too.

 

No idea what a haas is but I will have a look. I like buying him arb related things, I got him a tin cup with a karabiner on it and he loled at that, and I got him a bumper sticker that says 'I'm an arborist, wanna grind my stump?' :D haaaaa I saw a theme and ran with it :)

Oh I also bought him some tree seeds. We planted them on valentines day, some coast redwood seeds. He's planning on bonsaiing them, they are now 6 months old and the cutest darn sprouts you ever saw!

 

I wonder if there's a mini climbing kit to go with that :)

they are giant redwoods, not coast.
