Nope. It started bouncing a few weeks back out of the blue, so gave them a sharpen thinking that would help but it hasn't.

The bottom roller is running a little low on how much is left but then it was running low a few months back when it was fine.

I would look at the downward pressure and the cutting mechanism.

 

Check the quality of your woodchips, if it is struggling to chip and/or producing shreds, then the infeed will be affected.

 

Check that the springs that pull the top roller down are still effective and that the top roller can rise and fall smoothly.
