my reputation means tons more than 1 job

reputation takes years to get and 1 poor job to ruin

In the end I decided that I would tender for the work and put in a fair price to do a propper job. I didn't get the job and this is the was the result of a "reduction."

 

It is one of many trees these "professionals" mutilated. It's a good example of how using price as the method for chosing arb contractor sucks.. It is also why reductions get a bad press as this is a world away to what I would have done. Not that it needed doing anyway..
