Hi guys anyone know an e commerce shop builder? Or do any of you guys have any experice of builders from ebay etc

Hi Lee, I have used GoDaddy.com for my e commerce. This sight has worked fine for me from the beginning to present.

Thanks mate, do you have to use paypal with this site and are there any sellers fees etc?

We use a wordpress site with woocommerce plugin

easy enough to set up although the eldest son did have to write a special plugin for delivery options and charges as we couldn't find one suitable.

Hi Scraggs are you saying woocomerce didn't have a delivery section on the template I'm as thick as a plank where computing is concerned, would it be easy for a novice to do what your son did?

Woocommerce has quite a few delivery options, but because we deliver by postcode area and order value we had a choice of buy the woocommerce add on which it quite pricey or do what he did.

There are more options now to buy add ons cheaper at places like codecanyon, I don't think it would be easy for a novice to do from scratch.

For normal delivery methods there is probably an option in the standard version of woo.

When I first started the check out process was linked to my business checking account. The fees were unbarable:thumbdown:. 3 years ago I secured a square reader and I have never looked back. The only fee charged to me is taken right off the top by Square and funds are usually deposited within 24 hours of transaction. When I switched to the square reader the additional requirement of knowing the 3 digit security code and postal code for security reasons makes completing the transaction somewhat troublesome, however normally the customer has no problem with providing this info. There is currently no provision to interface between the info. GoDaddy wants and Square requires to complete a transaction. Maybe some day. I only except Visa and Master Card for now. Hope all is going well.
