yeah just a pull up bar that slots over door way. very simple but can alternate grips which i like. so i change grip after every set.

When you say change grip do you mean under hand to over hand?

this is the pull up bar i use. i use x4 different grips x2 palms away x2 palms in. x2 15 reps x 2 10 reps = 50 x 3 = day done.

 

in all honestly i though it was crazy idea, but amazing how your body get used to it so fast. i was doing a few before but nowhere near 150 per day. have a go...
