Looking for somebody with tractor and timber trailer with operator for a small job near banchory,

got some lengths of timber that need moving about 20 feet, currently stacked but the bearers have rotted and now timber sinking into mud. needs lifting and moving down a few yards to harder ground and re stacked.

then two trailer loads of lengths moved and stacked beside it. this is about 200 foot of a move.

All on hard track and easy going. Wont suit proper forwarder or huge tractor.

can provide photos etc if needed.

i would reckon at very very most an hours work. Cash awaits.

Ideally needs doing next month or two if passing through, can be done anytime it suits.

can anyone help please?

yep know jamie, he about 40 - 50 miles from me, will text him to see when he next in area but looking to see if anyone else working around here.

truly is a small job, guess amount to move is under 20 tons, most likely under 15 and its going less than 50 yards so its a do in the passing for some cash type deal.

ooh now wee jim does have a nice tractor if i remember rightly there was a pic on here.

even a tractor with crane alone would do worst of it, pick up swing round into a new pile, move tractor and restack i guess.

sadly jewson lorry wouldnt get in, its a hardcore track in back garden.

worst case i do way i thought first, cut to five foot, drag off pile with chain and scoop up with tractor bucket and move one at a time - seemed like slow dull option.

had half the wood moved but company very busy and hasnt been able to get back in a few weeks, one company wont return calls or voicemails or text messages.

now really could use this moved, so trying again to see if anyone local to banchory pops up.

obviously no company names being used as i understand folks are busy and want to do bigger jobs that make better money.
