what disease is this?

saw this on an acer that i took down a couple of weeks ago , dismantle then once a certain height i felled the stick and then lookied at the stump and i saw this. A hole going right down the middle , and marks inside the branches.

It's rot and codit.

Is there damage on the base of the stump?

The codit is the trees defence system against rot.

The split is just shake, I presume the tree had a lean or a lot of side weight.

yes there was alot of weight at once side of the tree , didn't notice any damage on the base of the stump tho.

this isnt disease, hollowing is normal!

Agree with all. The eccentric position of the cavity would also suggest a lean with the production of tensile resistant reaction wood on the upper side. If the crack occured after CODIT wall 4 may have been breached.
