End up having shot load's of hedge cutting's to get rid of which usually mean's letting them dry out in a corner of the yard till they can be burnt. Have a 6 in Entec which is no use for getting rid of this stuff what do you guy's use recommend?

Shot load? 1 ton, 2 ton, 20 ton? Most chippers will struggle to deal with this type of material once it has been heaped up. Saying that put it through that tub grinder and it will prob look the same when it came out. Smaller shredders will deal with it but it can be time comsuming. I think how you deal with it at the moment depending on the volume you have is the most efficient way.

get a combo shredder / chipper that way it mix's the poor with better quality

dual feed hoppers so two guys feed at the same time

either hire or purchase

hire may be the better short term if you dont generate a great volume of the poor stuff on a regular basis
