the summer is here with chainsaw trouser after a few hours your knackered

the only accident i had is when i past out one hot day few years back dur to Heat exhaustion . this time a year it one of the main thing accidents start from is heat exhaustion.

 

do you think in some hot countrys when it gets really hot the choice is yours if you wear chainsaw trouser but if you choice to not wear them any cuts is down to you your not insured.

I drink plenty of fluids approx 5 - 6 litres of water and include a glass of water with fluid replacement salt eg dioralyte this prevents dehydration. if you also try to take regular breaks in the shade and also take off your trousers when having a break this will help prevent passing out

I find even just taking off my socks and boots when i stop makes a huge difference to cooling.
