Changes to dangerous dogs act..

If my dog doesn't get you, I will.

You better hope it is the dog! :D

Like it!

Certain people may claim an "assumption" of authorised access to your garden in the line of their work - postman, delivery driver, milkman, utilities, TV licence etc. If they got a bite you could be in trouble. But a sign on the gate explicitly removing the "assumed" access should suffice.

Local scrap dealer was prosecuted a while back for his GSD taking chunks off a thief in his yard one night. He said he's allowed to have the dog inside a building but not loose in the yard.

We have now put a lock on the front gate & a bell so there is no access for deliveries or cold callers etc. My dogs have the right to play & enjoy the garden.

It would only take some donut to misread excited dogs for aggressive dogs & before you no it the old bill are at your door with a seizure notice.

So now no one enters unless I let them in.

Another law to make it more difficult to protect your property.
