Yeah doing the grills next then it's all coming off for welding and painting

 

I'd weld the tabs on the main frame and tap them out with a M12 thread. Then bolt them to those tabs. It means they're much easier to get off to wash the windows properly and all the sticks that get in there.

Oh and on the front guard don't hind the lights behind a lot of metal bars. It makes it an real pain to go on the road after about 3:30 in the winter. Instead put a bit of Lexane or margard or infornt of them at makes a big difference.

 

Nice guarding job though.
