Watch those eyes !!

Had it a few times and hurts like hell. Always seems to happen on ash trees with me so perhaps they don't like me!

Well another 24 hours then the dressing can come off.....5 more days of antibiotics, but 6 months of lubricating my eye before bed to stop the wound tearing open when I open my eyes in the morning (had that before ...)

 

I can go back to work next week if I am careful....too right i'll be careful!!!

 

So all in all a big load of hassle,pain, inconvenience and no work for a stupid scratch from a stupid shrub....very frustrating, but thankful it wasn't worse!!

I got hit in the head by an ejected piece of wood from the chipper i lifted my visor up and hit me on the nose and eyebrow 1cm over would have destroyed my eye.

 

I also have a little scar on my head to remind me how lucky i am and put them f..in glasses on at all times no excuses

 

You only get one pair of eyes. Dont take the risk.
