Ladies Trousers

Hi,

I am looking to get myself my first set of chainsaw trousers. Does anyone make a pair of class C trousers that are designed for female chainsaw wielders?

While I am at it, it seems that most places only sell class 1 rated trousers. Is this a problem if I endup with a saw that has a faster top chain speed? If it is, can anyone point me at some class 3 trousers?

Thanks

J

I wouldn't worry about chain speed my hi flex and strech airs are rated at 20m/s a ms200t has a chain speed of 24 m/s

The best thing to do is get to a local arb shop and try them on.

As for class 1 and 3 I need to wear class 3 because the company I work for has a policy which trousers have to be class 3, I prefer it that way

I have the same problem. I've tried every pants on I'm slim and small. I found thT the xs strech airs fitted on the waist best but the length was too long. Husqurvna are massive! Oregan the length was too big. Best that fitted me were the stihl dynamic xs not the best pants but best fitting. However the dealer I got the xs from found it tough to get then for me as it's only s in the catalogues. Hope that helps

Try Stretch Air Gladiators. They make a class 2 at least in an A style. I have them wish i'd got class 1. Padding is a bit thick for my liking. Not sure anybody makes a 28 m/s trousers. I think you can only get wellies in class 3.

A lot of things have go wrong if you hit your saw trousers though and the saw is probably slowing down.
