Don't be put off by the hype.

 

If you're fit and supple, forget energy drinks (they are full of calories - fatty type) and just eat porridge in the morning and take on fluids all day.

 

Top Tip. Get a Gelert type / metal climbing water bottle that can clip to your harness, then you can laugh at the others who have to come down for a drink.

 

Again - don't be put off by the hype. Unless you are unfit and overweight, it's pretty straight forward.

Seriously mate try as many different harnesses as you can before parting with your cash. It's a very personal bit of kit what you love your mate might totally hate. You'll be wearing it for a lot of hours so it needs to fit how you like.
