Fallen beech carries on living.

I was asked to carve this from a fallen beech it was the only piece that hadn't cracked and without any rot.

Came across a few pockets of rot but persevered and this was the end result.

Also how much did that cost the client out of interest?

Thanks for the feedback guys I used the arbotech mini grinder for the base time consuming but it works well for bark detail and also good for fur.
