Do you mean when the device is higher than your tie in point? If you mean getting the device to slack tend when acssending then try pulling the rope more towards the device, almost like pushing it through the cam. when device is above there is not really an "easy" way. Performs the same as a hitch, just have to take it out manually.

Yeah thanks for that, just seen my mate using is spider Jack seems to cope better, but I think the lockjack feels a lot more secure when swinging.
