Holtham Chains from Mister Solutions

Have anyone used the chains from mister solutions?

I presume they are just making up loops to order.?

If they are anything like the Archer ones they sell i would stay well clear. You get what you pay for, cheap rubbish.

email them and ask them about it. They're helpful people who sell all types of chain so they know what they're talking about. I always find them very good to deal with.

I tried his archer chains 16 and 18 inch didn't have a problem then bought some 12s for the top handle and a few days into use chain came of and the rakers that pull the chain oil round had gone scuffed/splintery so purchased stihl. Ideal to bang on for a filthy stump etc at something stupid like £4 lol.

I would assume that if the retail price is cheap it is possibly sourced from one of the Chinese companys that if you buy north of 1000ft it comes at around 2p a drive link Have no certain knowledge though as he will not post to France [ we have chain here with names of dealers which falls into that category, not much use for anything other taking off the odd tree branch ] but I stand corrected if some one who has tried it knows different.Although in terms of chainsaw chain, the old adage of you get what you pay for holds good.
