New 66

Hi all,

Has anyone used a 2013/14 660?

Does it have the screw caps for filling or the twist type?

Does it differ in performance to the old 66's before the new saws came out with the low emissions?

Hope you're all keeping busy, more bad weather on the way apparently!

Thanks,

J

Hi Jon,

All the new saws have low emissions now don't they? Was wondering how it compared to a 66 without and do the new ones have twist caps?

Thanks,

J

I splashed out on Friday on a brand spanking new 660 as I feel it is a superb saw and I am cynical about the 661. It says on the sticker on the chain brake handle it was made in Dec 2013 and it has the old screw type fuel and oil caps. Haven't had a chance to put it through its paces yet but looking forward to it:)
