another piece of kit........

Designed to be an emergency descent system originally for firemen to exit a burning building-were looking at it as an emergency descent from bucket truck, MEWP etc.. in case of bee attack etc.. no idea of cost and im sure it can be made cheaper BUT it does look nice wrapped up in its own little bag. apparently all New York fire fighters now carry them on there harness'. all the components are heat proof too.

aus make a rescue kit for mewps and poles it costs around 100 and consists of a 30m rope a decender that can be turned to accomidate 2 persons we have used it for self rescue and tree rescue it does work quite well it was originaly desingned for rescue from towers and is identical to the petzell one you are displaying oh and the decender is petzell hope that helps (rope can be any lenth you want)
