I would also say add a feature not for the people who like to play these sort of games but a feature for the more business minded people who like a mental challenge.

 

Import/Export in timber.

Timber processing.

Incorporate Stuff like VAT/Taxes which all have to be done by yourself or employ a computer generated accountant, if late you get fined like real life etc.

There will be computerised saw mills and plants that you can interact with to sell timbers.

 

There will be taxes and insurance with regards to accounting it will be done automatically as you progress and earn money on jobs

 

it will be a true mental game with Bankruptcy looming over your head if you fail

When you do use a chainsaw after so long dependant on the wood the chain gets dull
