is there a uk dealer if there aint you will have probs getting service and parts i would like to see better pics before commenting about build /design i would stick to main stream stuff

Sorry but I don't agree with either of you, I have owned many mainstream grinders and never brought spares from the dealers,

New bearings come from a bearing stockist, belts from a belt suppliers and all things like hoses and fittings you can get anywhere.

I replaced a whole engine on a grinder and I didn't buy that from the dealer either.

I just wondered if the Germans had got it right when I think the yanks sometimes have got it wrong on some of the machines I've owned.

A guy I use has a narrow access one and he seems to get on fine with it, great little grinder from what I've seen and never heard him complaining about lack of spare availability. It's similar to owning a jo beau in my opinion, yes there is a uk dealer for jo beau but every time I have ordered a part ive had to wait for it to arrive from Europe, no biggy, just takes a little longer that's all

not everybody is good with a set of spanners like yourself i was taking this into account i know you don't need to buy parts from a dealer but for service if your dealer is 1000km away and you are trying to get a pile of work done and your machine is lying broke it aint gonna look good
